MEDICAL CITY DALLAS HOSPITAL
Medical City Dallas Hospital required an aggressive expansion to respond to the growing tertiary needs of the community. This $139 million, 500,000 s.f. expansion of the hospital includes OP diagnostics, a new tertiary 6-story critical care hospital tower housing a 100,000-visit Emergency Department, Adult Critical Care and Cardiac Telemetry beds, a new conference facility and a major expansion of the existing north tower for NICU and OB inpatient facilities.
Phase 2 includes a major expansion of the North Texas Hospital for Children, new PICU, new pediatric diagnostics and dedicated pediatric surgery.
