For projects that are required to be designed per international standards, we offer consultancy services for below listed codes/guidelines:

  • Istanbul Office Tower, Maslak Central Business District

    • Design architect: Skidmore Owens & Merrill. 45 floors, €80 million, 110.000 m2 construction area, 65.000 m2 leasable area.

  • Mixed-Use Development, Bursa

    • Design architect: Building Design Partneship (BDP). €90 million, 200.000 m2 construction area, shopping center with 48.000 m2 leasable area, residence with 33.000 m2 sellable area.

LEED CERTIFICATION
